It is very common to have both actually. Another common combination is Fibromyalgia with lupus

I have both honey but was diagnosed with the athritis way b4 thy diagnosed the fibro xx

I have heard that sometimes it goes together. But they say Fibromyalgia is not Arthritis but is more in the muscles but people with Fibromyalgia have a greater chance of getting rheumatoid arthritis. The best thing for that is to go to the water, warm water for exercise. Start off with stretching class and go to Aquafit no jumping though. If you improve your condition the Arthritis might go away or be less.
