Does anyone know of a medicine that I can talk to my doctor about for arthritis? Keep in mind I can't take anti-inflammatory drugs.

Tell them to try u on Celebrex or Tramodol which is Ultram. There's Mobic, Kadian, Naprosyn, Aleve. A really good prescription one is Relafen! I'm a nurse so I'm well up on a lot of these medications I view some of these in practice for many many years

Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I ask because I was on arthritis Rx and I decided to get off of it because the arthritis med was so bad for my kidneys. I would rather suffer the arthritis pain than have dead kidneys and have to go on dialysis and transplant lists. With all the other meds I am on I didn't want to add to it with a potentially very harmful medication so my doctor and I decided to delete that one from my medication list. Just a heads up to check your kidneys function at least once a year if you are on these strong medications.
@A MyFibroTeam Member a low dose of norco maybe 5/325 mgs would I think surely would help. No anti-inflammatory in that. But it can be addictive!! Take only as prescribed.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I fell on the ice over three years ago and I really enjoyed myself. Ever since that happened I have numbness and tingling Don my left side. It can be very sporadic but very painful. I'll get a lot of pain in my shoulder now and down my arm and sometimes I will have numbness and tingling in my hands. I also noticed that at times my hand and arm on my left side are starting to have a twitch at times. I did have a EMG years ago two of them that stated I had L4 nerve damage which probably was from the fall on the ice. I have really bad flareups of low back pain down my left butt cheek which is the sciatic nerve goes down the front of your leg and all the way down to your foot sometimes I am in so much pain on my left side I can hardly take it. But I do have muscle relaxers and pain pills. But where I'm going with all of this is when they put me on Cymbalta 90% of my numbness and tingling and had gone away But I hadn't had any numbness in tingling for a long time. But now I am getting a cute flareups. If I was not on the Cymbalta I would probably have it every day the numbness and tingling in the pain. Cymbalta has been a huge help for me. And it is wonderful for people who have fibromyalgia
