I just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I've been having symptoms for 3 months.
I always lived in natural way and I feel very upset that doctors always recommend meds. I tried Cymbalta but had to quit.

Members responded warmly to a newly diagnosed person asking about managing fibromyalgia without medication, with many sharing that they successfully manage their symptoms med-free or with minimal supplements. Several members offered practical strategies including anti-inflammatory diets, gentle movement, pacing, heat therapy, CBD, Epsom salt baths, electrolyte drinks, and carefully chosen supplements like CoQ10. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia management is a personal, evolving journey that requires patience, self-advocacy, and trusting your own body.

I couldn’t tolerate most medications, and some herbs. I don’t work or push myself. I take CBD and Tylenol Arthritis tablets. Venture infrared heatpad. And ice if necessary. Hot showers with Epsom salt scrub. Gentle movements, short walks, gentle short stretches 🤗

They recommend meds cuz they get paid & they think it will solve it.

I don't take any medication, I have a few supplements I take and try to eat better but that doesn't work well. I just keep fighting cause I have had fibro way to many years before it was fibro, no one to help so you had to find your own way to survive. not sure if this is the answer for today.
