Great question and the team is right. I get cold hands and feet mostly - hands can be cold (freezing and painful) when it is over 100 degrees. Feet get more colder more and stay cold in the winter months. I have not had the really hot part - but do get pins and needles in hands and feet. Knees have burned like @A MyFibroTeam Member said. Seems like as the years go by I add more symptoms. RLS, GAD, ADHD, Costochondritis, TMJ, Headaches/migraines, and now pain at every trigger point then runs down arms and legs. Of course all of these things including the hot cold sensations from our bodies lack of temp. regulation - insomnia. Wow - kind of vented - tried to stay focused on the question lol - that is the ADHD in me.

I think with fibro our body temperature regulater doesn't work! !!! I can be sitting at my desk n all of a sudden just break out sweating! !!! and sometimes when it's 90 + degrees out I get cold !!!! you just never know !!!!
Hi there. Do your fingers turn white and numb in the cold. Mine do and its hard to do things when it happens. It started with just my middle finger on my right hand some years ago, but now its spread to my other fingers. But its only on my right hand . My doctor says its just another symptom of fibro.
My fingers hurt after driving and i find it painful to straighten them after holding the steering wheel.
It seems like every day theres something else that hurts. X
My hands are very sensitive. When it gets really cold here in Nova Scotia in the winter, my fingers will just ache when I have to clean the snow off my car and when I get my hands wet and it is really cold. I don't have to drive far to work anymore, Thank the Lord, but my fingers would just ache from being on the cold steering wheel. I would take my one hand and put my fingers on my face or some exposed part of me to warm them up. Crazy!
