Members connected over trying to find information about fibromyalgia awareness walks, sharing helpful links to Together Walks, the FM/CPA walk site, and a Richmond fibromyalgia walk. Several members opened up about severe pain flares worsened by weather changes, medication regimens including Cymbalta, Gabapentin, Flexeril, Ambien, Lyrica, and hydromorphone, and the daily challenge of managing sleep and mobility while raising children. A recurring theme was the community offering prayers, gentle support, and encouragement to hang in there during difficult times.

Oh thank you so much Veinnice, I take Cymbolta, Gabapentain, and Flexeral, and for sleep I take Ambian. I'm only 37 and sometimes I feel like I'm 87 ha-ha. I mange with my tribe (girls) they really help me a lot. You really boosted me up thanks for the prayer.

Bless your heart. There is something going on with this weather as so many are suffering worse than before. My pain has gotten progressively worse over the past few years but this year alone has been record breaking. I'm working with my fibro doctor to figure out something else for the pain. Do you take anything to help you sleep? I know it must be difficult with trying to raise your beautiful girls to get the rest you need. Hang in there and I will say a special prayer for you today.
