Magnesium may help with eye twitching. I have nerve twitching in my lower body. I take a lot of magnesium for it.

I did but I realized several years ago I've been low on magnesium my whole life. In my 60's. Bett late then never hahaha. Plus it's easier to see on this side looking back then when you are in stuff a lot of times. When I'm faithful to take my magnesium I do so much better in a lot of ways.

Yes i get both u fortunately but also suffered with both prior to the fibromylgia

@A MyFibroTeam Member I forgot to mention that I get infections in my eyes and have for about 10 years. The irritation you describe sounds like the infections I get. They told me mine are staph because I have a higher amount than normal around my eyes. I keep eye drops with me all the time to use when I feel one coming on. It's made a big difference.

Thanks ladies & gentleman. I never had this before I got fibromyalgia so In my opinion it is another symptom. So used to the sty's now that the pain isn't a problem but they look annoying and if they are too big they do irritate me.
