I have sty's in my eyes almost all of the time. They go away and then come back, always in different places. My eyes twitch a lot and it gets annoying. Guessing that is with fatigue but do any of you get these sty's?

Members connected over the frustrating experience of frequent styes and eye twitching, with many noting these symptoms began or worsened after their fibromyalgia diagnosis, suggesting a possible link to immune weakness and fatigue. Several members shared that magnesium supplementation significantly helped reduce eye twitching and nerve spasms, with some also finding relief through antibiotic eye ointments like erythromycin for infections and keeping eye drops on hand to manage irritation early. A recurring theme was the reassurance that others experience these same symptoms, the importance of staying consistent with supplements, and the comfort of knowing these often-invisible struggles are shared by the community.

Magnesium may help with eye twitching. I have nerve twitching in my lower body. I take a lot of magnesium for it.

I did but I realized several years ago I've been low on magnesium my whole life. In my 60's. Bett late then never hahaha. Plus it's easier to see on this side looking back then when you are in stuff a lot of times. When I'm faithful to take my magnesium I do so much better in a lot of ways.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I forgot to mention that I get infections in my eyes and have for about 10 years. The irritation you describe sounds like the infections I get. They told me mine are staph because I have a higher amount than normal around my eyes. I keep eye drops with me all the time to use when I feel one coming on. It's made a big difference.

Thanks ladies & gentleman. I never had this before I got fibromyalgia so In my opinion it is another symptom. So used to the sty's now that the pain isn't a problem but they look annoying and if they are too big they do irritate me.
