I bet a lot of pain forearms and elbows, haven't found anything to relieve it yet

I have this! shooting pain in elbows and I cant stand when someone touches or strokes the inside of my arm and by my elbow, I get horrible nerve pain!

Yes I also have numbness in hands and arms

I have pain in the elbows and numbness in the hands and arms. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck.
