Fibromyalgia affects the entire body. In the last 3 months I have had very bad pain in my upper arms. From my shoulders to my elbows are very sore. Muscles and joints are sore. I struggle to put my coat on and fasten my seatbelt etc. Does anyone else suffer from this and what helps to releive the pain? Alrady on medication.

I think it is trapped lactic acid. I try and massage it out and it does move but no pain killers get rid totally. I too take tramadol . They give me loads of energy. My dr thinks I am mad! But they do! I cannot take the after 11am as I will be awake all night, but I am able to do some work for a while but the pain after is b awful! I had a practitioner who, used to get rid of the pain in my upper arm, and he said it was lactic acid. I wish I remembered what he did!
Yes , my arms get very sore . I take long hot baths with Epsom salt. I wrap the heating pad around my arms and alternate it. I take tramadol, also.

It worked and lasted 4 to five hours. The pain reduced significantly. Much better than pain killers. I am hoping the massaging it in will aid relief as well.
I ordered it of Amazon. My only place to shop. Really pleased with it!
