My knees and thighs feel like they are on fire! I have done nothing different lately and I am wondering if anyone else experiences this. Also, does anyone have any helpful remedies. Thank you.

Members connected over the frustrating experience of burning sensations in their knees and thighs, with many describing the pain radiating through their hips, legs, and feet, often worsened by standing or walking too long. Several members shared helpful remedies including Aspercreme with Lidocaine, Tim's pain cream for nighttime relief, and prednisone prescribed by a rheumatologist, which one member described as providing amazing relief within a day. A recurring theme was the isolating nature of living with constant pain that others struggle to understand, compounded by related symptoms like neuropathy and the unsettling uncertainty of whether legs will work properly when standing.

I get it from the the hips, all the way down to the soles of my feet. My knees calves and feet by far the most painful 😖
People don't understand what it is like living in constant pain. Sometimes it seems more than I can bear..

Aspercreme with Lidocaine. Also, Tim’s pain cream works. Its not a cure all but it, generally, helps. I use it to get to sleep.
