Has anyone tried acupuncture for easing muscle pain? And was it helpful?

I have done and love it! Make sure you go to someone that has lots of experience. Mine ordered special small needles for me. He says I'm to small and way to sensitive to have a standered needle. I had him work mainly in my migraines and it helps for a week or so before I needed to go back.

I have tried acupuncture and it helped in the back muscles that were so tight I could barely move some days. However, when he put some in my feet/ankle it hurt very very much, I think he hit a pressure point. It's worth a try as everyone is different. I'm told it's something you have to keep up with though. I have tried everything but water aerobics so far.

I tried it once. The pain relief only lasted for about 30 minutes, but everyone's different.

I was so hopeful this would help....but did nothing for me.

Sorry but I haven't and don't know anyone that has.
