Does anyone ever get body jerks??

For quite awhile now every so often out of no where why I'm laying or sitting down i will get parts of my body that will just jerk really hard in a certain direction.. And sometimes it can be like a violent jerk. I know a lot about health care!! But I'm still learning on my own Fibro. But I'm wondering if its normal for Fibro and if anyone else has had this happen! I mean i can be sitting perfectly still and out of no where my arms, hands, legs, etc will just jerk really hard for no reason. And… read more

Yes I do have these body jerks . It happens to me when I anm laying down and I am not drifting off to sleep. When it go happens my body jerks really hard. I had been wondering also if anyone else has this. I have ask several of my doctors and they don't kmow why. I really want to know and I hope it is not a prerequisite of another disease starting up.If you find out what it is please let me know and I wil do the same.I wonder if it is a side effect of a medicine we are on.

Oh my goodness, those r so embarrassing..they happen anytime, anywhere, and for no particular reason..even when I'm asleep I'm told..

Yes. Yes. Yes!!!!!

I seem to notice when my Tramadol is starting to wear off. When I take my next dose.
Feel better when I take my next dose.

I did have that jerking problem when I was on Tramadol. So my Dr. Took me off because r
That's one off its side effects but you can read up on it.
