Yes. I have tremors in my hands. I feel off-balance most of the time. I've fallen many times so have started using a cane. Recently I have started getting the feeling that creepy crawlers are just under my skin. It wakes me up and makes me crazy. Every time I turn around, it's something new. I just never know if it is more Fibro issues, related to one of my other issues or if it is something else that I don't even know about. Primarily I worry that the Fibro has just made me crazy.

Yes, I used to, I used to take Quinine because lacking potassium then started taking Magnesium aswell. Bananas good source of potassium but I found that I was always hungry after a banana. I am the human guinea pig, I hope it works for you xx

Omg I have the most unbearable pain in my shins and my toes cramp so painful.

It happens mostly when I am awake and on my arms. As much as it pains me I shake my arms and legs until the twitching stops. When I stand still it only becomes worse, since I get stiff.

I feel like I'm spaced out on them , wobbling like I'm drunk not sure f it's just my body getting used to them I feel like I'm in a bubble and I can hear things louder but not really taking things in if that makes sense
