My arch in my foot has been cramping to the point of tears flowing. Severe pain. Also, both hands. I expect to look down and see them curled up they hurt so bad. Has anyone found any relief or going through same thing? The pain is unbearable. Especially in my right foot.

Members rallied around someone experiencing severe foot and hand cramping, with many sharing they had faced similar debilitating pain that ranged from arch cramps to fingers feeling like they were breaking. Several members found relief through magnesium and calcium supplements, orthotics, Epsom salt soaks, Tiger Balm or Icy Hot gel with gloves at night, and warm water stretches or pool therapy, though results varied by individual. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error nature of managing these symptoms, with encouragement to work with doctors on supplementation levels and to listen to your body about what helps versus what makes things worse.

Hi , I used to have terrible pain in my feet until I had orthotics made for me , it took a while to get used to but now I can't live without them also my hands are really bad at night , it's excruciating to move them feels like every bone in every finger is breaking, I now rub icy hot gel ( bought at the drug store ) on my hands between my fingers and then wear gloves to bed , it has definitely helped me . Hope it helps you

I take magnesium for the cramping. It helps but I still get them but not as bad

I have it in right foot and both hands. I use warm water to settle the hand cramping. A foot bath with epsom salts helps the foot sometimes. Mine usually cramp from overwork so then I take a break, rest and let things settle. Gentle stretches, squeezing a soft ball for the hands, and rolling a tennis ball with my foot have helped.
