Hi - I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2011. Today I have a new symptom that I have not had before… severe cramping in my hands and feet. They are cramping to the point that they are not functional. And my fingers and toes are going every which direction. It’s quite painful. Other muscles throughout my body are also cramping but not as bad as my hands and feet. What can I do to relieve the cramping? I already drink lots of water and take electrolytes daily.
Do you take magnesium? That will help with cramping if a person has low levels in their blood.
I recently started magnesium (this past week) to help with this!
