Any one use the Young Living Essential Oils to help with any of the symptoms of fibromyalgia? If so which ones, for what symptom & how do you use them.

I use Ning xia red.....just started. So far I see a lil change. I use panaway too.....great company

Ning Xia Red also helps a lot of people with fibro. It's s drink you have an ounce or two a day- wolfberry juice and different essential oils in it

Absolutely- deep relief is amazing! I also use cedarwood to help me sleep.

@A MyFibroTeam Member It sure is very interesting. Sometimes if an oil gives me a headache I put it on my feet (if it's from the smell) or drink a lot of water to flush my system- tends to help. Migraines would be the worst!

I do. Peppermint and wintergreen help me for pain- applied directly to where it hurts. I also use citrus oils for uplifting- apply or inhale or diffuse (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, tangerine). When I have trouble with respiratory issues I apply/ inhale Rosemary and eucalyptus on my chest. Peppermint is also great for tummy woes- applied directly to stomach. I know some others who have fibro and use YL and like Clove and Idaho basalm fir for pain.
