Two Old Goats has the most awesome lotion and balm - it contains peppermint oil (soothes muscles) and white birch bark (a natural anti-inflammatory. While the price for the large bottle is kinda steep, especially for those of us on SSI, it is worth the price ($18.95). It has other essential oils and anti-inflammatories in it, too, but you have this nice minty smell afterwards. Plus, I have found it to be very good for reddened, irritated skin (after shaving, light acne).
I love essential oils. Peppermint is the best that I like. It just works well when rubbed into the muscles. Deep Blue is another great essential oil, I like the oils that penetrate through to take the pain away for a little while. I rather feel and smell minty plus the sensation is pretty cool too
i use them along with my medication. On the days my meds just are cutting it i will use oils for the pain. they are fantastic and i won't go anywhere without them. i wish we could talk more about them i would like to tell those interested more. i was flagged at one point for mentioning them and exactly what i use.... it made me sad because they really do work for me.
Yes. Peppermint Do Terra oil helps my muscles. I don't sell them but a friend does. Bath and Body Works sells a couple of nice sprays that help a little. Keep stress level down. Easier said than done. Good luck.
You can go to www.twooldgoats.com and either order it from their site or click on, 'Retailers' to find a store that sells it near you. I used to buy mine from the U-Haul place, believe it or not. I have also found it at places like Gebo's or farm supplies stores.
