Members enthusiastically shared their experiences with Thieves Oil, a blend of clove, lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary, and cinnamon essential oils historically used during the bubonic plague and now popular for supporting immune health and easing cold symptoms. Several members recommended Young Living as a trusted source for pure oils, shared that the blend can be diffused at home, applied topically with a carrier oil for sore joints, or even ingested in small amounts to boost immunity, with many offering to share recipes and additional uses. A recurring theme was curiosity about whether it might help with fibromyalgia symptoms, with one member confirming they've used essential oils successfully for muscle aches and other fibromyalgia-related issues.
