Are you feeling completely devastated and depleted from fibromyalgia? You are absolutely not alone in this.

Many MyFibroTeam members describe a kind of exhaustion that goes far beyond just being tired — it's the kind where getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain. That deep depletion is real, and it's one of the most challenging parts of living with fibromyalgia. The exhaustion can hit on multiple levels:

- Physical — Your body can feel like it's in constant revolt, making even simple tasks feel impossible
- Emotional — The ongoing struggle can lead to feelings of grief, sadness, and isolation
- Social — It can be hard when others around you don't fully understand what you're going through

One MyFibroTeam member shared that even on a vacation, most days the only accomplishment was taking a shower — and that the emotional weight of comparing life now to life before was incredibly heavy.

It's okay to feel devastated. What you're carrying is a lot. Talking to your doctor about your fatigue levels is always a good step, as there may be adjustments to your care plan that could help.
