I just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I've been having symptoms for 3 months.
I always lived in natural way and I feel very upset that doctors always recommend meds. I tried Cymbalta but had to quit.

Members responded to a newly diagnosed person asking about managing fibromyalgia without medication, with many sharing that they successfully manage their symptoms through natural approaches. Several members described helpful strategies including CBD, Tylenol Arthritis, infrared heat pads, Epsom salt baths, gentle movement, nutrient-dense organic diets, breathing exercises, somatic tracking, and pacing. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia management is a constantly evolving and personal process requiring patience, self-trust, and a willingness to adjust what works over time.

I couldnโ€™t tolerate most medications, and some herbs. I donโ€™t work or push myself. I take CBD and Tylenol Arthritis tablets. Venture infrared heatpad. And ice if necessary. Hot showers with Epsom salt scrub. Gentle movements, short walks, gentle short stretches ๐Ÿค—

I have learned that many medications and even supplements do not work the same way for all people with fibromyalgia. I also learned that your system especially with fibromyalgia constantly changes, what might have worked for you well before may need to be adjusted or changed to achieve the same results. Therefore know it a constant evolving process. It helps knowing this so that you are able pivot (thanks friends, anyone else remember that episode๐Ÿ˜‰ pardon my digression) sometimes I even have to continuously change my supplements due to not being able to tolerate the ingredients in outside capsules, It becomes daunting but I'm finally discovering what works a fraction of a bit better. It took me years of trial and error. I'm currently going through that process with coq10. It helps my mitochondrial function but my body constantly gives me a negative histamine response. Not everyone gets this but some people do, so I am constantly experimenting with other things to see if it will work out so that I am comfortable with it. I had to immediately change formulas to the ubiquinone while most people use the other formula. I also had to get a very clean form as I could not tolerate the gel cap with extra artificial ingredients. Now I am experimenting with the dosage as the normal dosage was giving me a tendency to operate differently. With all that being said, believe in your resilience, lean into your intuition and adapt. You can make a difference โ˜ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‰ other big changes and improvements for me was changing my diet to a much more nutrient dense diet largely organic but still being mindful of some of the added sugars and what kind, pacing, constantly somatic tracking, and using continuous breathing exercises. It sounds like a lot but over time it just kind of developed and stuck. Honor and trust your journey โ˜ฏ๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yes believe it or not, I manage my symptoms medication free. There are many reasons I do so but most importantly I have a mind Influences the body mindset and I have a background in the central nervous system so I use many ways to influence it. I also use a handful of carefully selected clean artificial free ingredients supplements. I also manage it with a holistic approach. It doesn't mean its easy, I am always adjusting as treating fibromyalgia is very complex. You can manage it naturally. My one piece of advice , know that is a long and many times painful experience, but so it traditional medication. If you need additional information please reach out. I'm sure I might have tried it or know something about it. Best wishes on your journey ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’•
