My doctor told me to try magnesium glycinate for sleep, so I ordered some. Having tried so many other things I dont have alot of hope, but will give it a whirl. Never been on time release Tramadol either. Figure what the heck tried everything else to get flares under control.

I'm trying it now, after having tried other forms of magnesium. My doctor suggested magnesium in general for help with migraines, but I've heard it can also help with sleep. I'll let you know how it goes with magnesium glycinate. So far I'm not having any problems with it, which is a win in and of itself. 🤷🏻‍♀️
