Members shared extensive resources in response to someone seeking a comprehensive list of fibromyalgia symptoms, with several links to lists containing dozens to hundreds of potential symptoms ranging from chronic pain and fatigue to lesser-known issues like heightened sensory sensitivity. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia can manifest in almost any symptom because it affects the central nervous system, with members noting the overwhelming reality of having so many possible symptoms while also finding moments of humor and hope in their shared experiences. Several members bonded over their heightened sense of smell and other sensory sensitivities, joking about needing 'superpowers' that were actually useful rather than nauseating.

Not from a great source, nevertheless a source and not from me:
Fibromyalgia (FM) is a medical condition characterised by chronic widespread pain and a heightened pain response to pressure.[2] Other symptoms include tiredness to a degree that normal activities are affected, sleep problems and troubles with memory.[3] Some people also report restless legs syndrome, bowel or bladder problems, numbness and tingling and sensitivity to noise, lights or temperature.[4] Fibromyalgia is frequently associated with depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorder.[3] Other types of chronic pain are also frequently present.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Lol! Sometimes you just gotta laugh. Thats why I always wear a scarf around my neck - dual duty - keeps my neck warm and I can hide from awful smells by burying my face in it!

Why can't this disease have a few "awesome" symptoms like "ability to fly" or "ability to talk to Dolphins" or the "ability to get into movies for free for life." lo... Geeze :)
