The 3 icons under the comments section from left to right gifs emoji camera
Press on the camera when you do this your gallery should come up, it will come up with camera files and gallery. Press the gallery icon. That will take you to all your photographs, Press which album you require choose your photo and upload by pressing comment box 🌸🪻🌹
