Members connected over the sharp, stabbing pains and electric shock sensations that come with neuropathy in the feet and toes, with many agreeing the pain is intense even when brief. Several members shared their experiences, including toes curling into a C shape and needing to be manually straightened, feet feeling like they are walking on rocks, and shoes feeling tight without any visible swelling. A recurring theme was finding relief through different approaches, with gabapentin mentioned as effective for some, while others noted it caused reactions or that magnesium made symptoms worse.

It feels like walking on rocks and the tops of my feet get very tight. My shoes feel tight too, even tho they are not swollen. Good ol' fibro sure has a big bag of tricks. I lost count. You never know where it's going to show next.
