That’s interesting- I can’t find anything on it that talks about aiding sleep or insomnia.

Definitely talk to your doctor first if you are interested in trying it. It has quite a few contradictions and undesirable side effects. I’d imagine they would be worse if you didn’t have one of the conditions this is meant for.

One of the conditions it treats may cause sleep disturbances, so possibly indirectly for people with that specific condition. 🤷‍♀️

But after reading about it, I’m wondering if she misspoke. 😅

Over the years I have listened to what doctors have said.

I have tried the recommended supplements.

The only supplements I will take will be because I have a deficiency showing up in my blood work.💞

Calcium tablets are not necessarily a good idea with anyone with heart conditions and may be contraindicated.

Perhaps Lactaid milk would help those who are Lactaid intolerant. Or a glass of warm milk for others.

The concern about taking just a calcium tablet at bedtime without vitamin D and K are that those items are needed to get to the bone. The calcium tablet without those puts a high risk that it will attach to the blood vessels.

Natural milk products do not have that above problem.
