Members responded to the question about gratitude with a warm outpouring of appreciation for family, friends, faith, pets, and nature, painting a picture of finding joy in everyday moments despite living with fibromyalgia. Several members shared meaningful practices like keeping a gratitude journal, saying morning gratitude prayers, and leaning on beloved animals for comfort, with many also expressing deep appreciation for the MyFibroTeam community itself. A recurring theme was that small, simple things like sunshine, a warm breeze, music, or a dog resting its head during a hard moment can be powerful sources of hope and healing.

What all of you mentioned.

I am grateful for being able to listen to Hauser cello videos on YouTube. I can travel to breathtaking places without leaving my home!!

For example, Alone Together or Secret Garden to name a few.

Sending gentle hugs to all of you!!

Making time for the hammock. With Shelby (pup) snoring beneath me, the birds chirping, and the steady breeze rustling the leaves. 💛
