Members responded warmly to the question of where to find happiness, sharing a wide range of personal sources that bring them joy and meaning. Several members found happiness in family, pets, nature, gardening, art, and creative outlets like writing, while others leaned on gratitude practices, journaling, and even humor in everyday moments. A recurring theme was finding purpose and joy in small, everyday wins, whether that meant helping loved ones, starting a volunteer role, or simply enjoying a quiet morning cup of coffee.

I find happiness in gardening and being in nature. Hoping Trump doesn't wreck all our wonderful national parks.

I find happiness in helping my boys they give me a purpose that and celebrating the little things that I manage to do so I am not as reliant on other people my distance learning course and the fact that I am starting a volunteer role after being out of work for over ten years♥️

Where do I find happiness?
Practicing Gratitude tends to lead me to happiness. Reminding myself what I am grateful for, like the ability to get out of bed and move around. There was a time I couldn't do that very easily.

The little moments in my day can make me happy. Like having my first cup of coffee in the morning, while cozy and warm.
Taking time out of my day to sit and read a book I enjoy is another opportunity to find happiness.
Lots of love and gentle hugs coming your way Lore❤️🤗🩵🤗🧡

I find my happiness in my family. My husband and kids mean the world to me. If I have them I'm happy. I also love manners and people who are not rude or ignorant. I'm quite a happy, positive person to be honest. Only a few things get me down and that has to be bad or things happening over a long period of time. I'm just happy with life with my family. Xxx
