Have you talked to anyone about your anxiety? Your doctor or a therapist? I ended up on an anxiety medication. Without it I am literally a crazy person. My anxiety is over the top bad and I stress over everything. I feel so much more in control with my meds. I also add meditation and stretching exercises to my routine to assist with my mental health.
