@A MyFibroTeam Member you are blessed to be able to take the medications that you take . Wish I could take venlifaxin but unfortunately it's not good to take it when one has a heart problem like I do. I can't even take Tramadol now and that used to help me.

I’m taking NAD and it has helped me have more energy..not a lot, but every little bit helps! I get it on Amazon. Also, my antidepressant, Venlifaxin helps me with pain and energy. Good luck!❤️

Light exercise can help me. Sometimes just going outside and taking a really short walk can help. I try to do light household chores in the morning and allow myself to rest in the afternoon. I stretch often and meditate or listen to my Bible podcast. This helps me move in small doses. My doctor tried to put me on an antidepressant but that just made me feel worse.

- Even light movement around the house every hour can improve sleep quality

Dietary Changes:
- Eating protein-rich snacks like protein bars
- Staying well-hydrated with water throughout the day
- Avoiding simple sugars and carbs that cause energy crashes
- Some find cutting gluten, soy, and dairy helpful

Supplements:
