I take vitamins everyday and they really help a lot. I take magneaium vitamin d and b12. But from what I hear on here make sure you buy good quality vitamins or else they don't work, or they make you sick. I guess I got lucky because I notice a huge difference every day
Bad day, like can't function or go to work and deal with people,, pain is unbearable, can't move, body spasms, nothing can help
I recommend also to take magnesium malate for all over pain, this magnesium can be purchased at your health food store and is easier for your body to assimilate.....also taking pink Himalayan salt with plenty of water also helps for pain....this is really magnesium calcium and our body needs this.
Hello! I noticed you're from Timmins, and I live in kapuskasing. Not very far :). I have been taking vit b12, malic acid (I buy it from a health food store), vitamin D (2000iu) and calcium because I don't drink milk. Hang in there!
I haven't tried anything natural. I want to try things that will make the pain more bearable, however the depression is keeping me at bay. I have noticed that eating healthy and regular exercise helps me.
