Yes pain pain pain every kind its mind blowing. As for the sick feeling it feels like have a flu with stomach nausea migraine vomiting headache cold bones feeling
low fever feeling and so fatigued plus sleepless nights just awful. This is all the time except for the vomiting but enough. However Luckily not always.
Sorry to everyone dealing with this flu feeling that often comes along in fibromyalgia.

So glad I know I have fibro now.
In the early days of COVID, before my diagnosis, I kept feeling flu-like and worrying I had caught it. This was before home tests, so I had to take time off work and wait for test results. I have never actually had COVID (and I have been tested/tested myself whenever sick). I always say I would wonder what the hell was happening to me if I didn't know by now.
