I know my job helps me. It forces me to think. Yesterday it was ridiculous. It took me twice as long to get ready in the morning because I had to keep retracing my steps. Today, the fog is slightly better. I’ve noticed my fog does seem to coincide with my CFS symptoms which have been nuts the last several days. I know sometimes getting through this stuff just takes willpower. Any ideas or suggestions that everyone has tried to keep the brain sharp?

Our brains and central nervous system are overworked with fibromyalgia. Decreasing stimuli always helps. 📺. I find that I need a lot of “space out” time, where I can just not have to think about anything serious!🧐. Certain activities help with me with that, like gardening 👨🌾 and art 🖼️ projects …🧑🍳 cooking too …baking is good 🧁. Favorite music 🎶. Reading a chapter from a book 📕 every evening. During work, that’s a little bit difficult to do. When I used to work, I would go outside and walk on my break, or just sit in the sun on sunny days. While I was at my desk with nothing to do, I would work on memorizing a scripture verse. I do some breathing exercises which help a lot …and definitely get away from what stressing you as soon as you can.💕 well, it looks like I’ve written a paragraph. I was just going to write a sentence.😁 . Anyways, I hope that helps.
