"Brain fog" -- a symptom I experience, too. So sorry you deal with this lately.

My problems with brain fog are almost exclusively related to math. Makes it so hard to balance my checking and savings accounts. I definitely can't have any background noise on. I have to allot more time.
So frustrating. Sorry you're experiencing it also. πŸ’œ

I always had problems with math, but talking about brain fog, yes, I feel it constantly+migranes. It feels like being sleepy or having some sort of weird hangover. Hope it helps.

Very early on, I had to teach myself HOW TO do math so it was tangible to me, this was before onset. But since, it's challenging... I need each digit spoken, else I can't 'translate' the words... like 'twenty three' needs to be '23' I must write it down, else it sounds like Japanese to me! LOLOL I've come a long way back via cognitive (LDN helps, post Treating the causations), and improved on math a bit.

It ebbs and flows for me, sometimes worse than others. Sorry you are experiencing this. πŸ’›πŸ’
