I have several of these comorbidities. I don't have agoraphobia and I strongly urge you to go outside every single day to fight it. Just take a little walk around your home. I definitely suffer from anxiety and though I have Clonazepam at my disposal, I find that having a realistic focus on the here and now is the best medicine. Most anxiety is unrealistic and if you catch yourself thinking in circles or obsessing about something, break the cycle by switching your focus. Try to see how unrealistic the anxiety is. Also, be aware that anxiety does not last. 20 minutes after an attack it should be over so waiting it out is a good approach too.

I've had depression many times in life and I have been suicidal many times too. For me, I really had to learn a way of living where I feel in control. For me that means having a smaller life and accomplishing something, no matter how small, daily. Also start a gratitude journal: every morning when you first wake up grab your journal and write down 3 things you are grateful for. It will get your brain to think positively.

I wish you all good things.

I have all of the above. My new psychiatrist added Buspar 3 times a day to treat my agoraphobia and general anxiety. It's helping. I can now go to my medical appointments by myself and I'm even getting my nails done every 3 weeks. I haven't done those things in years. I also take Lamictal for mood stabilization and Trazadone for sleep.
