Is it normal with fibromyalgia to have a lot of hand and wrist pain and spasms?

Yes Unfortunately it is a normal symptom of Fibromyalgia to have hand and wrist pain as well as pain in your finger as well.

Yes, I do. It happens at the craziest times. Fingers, the palms and of course the wrists. For no apparent reason and then it goes away. Glad you asked. It's comforting to know I'm not weird. Well, at least not because of that. Lol. I hope your pain goes away soon. Feel better.

I have hand and wrist pain. Driving for long periods makes it worse. Even holding my coffee mug aggravates my pain. I also have carpal tunnel in both hands...

Yes its one of my more common symptoms. I get pain in all the joints and in the muscles. No swelling or redness, but so much pain. The stiffness was more common before I started lyrica and duloxetine. Sometime I find a wrist brace very helpful.
