Trevor ,you enjoyed going to work reading ur post some years ago , I wish I had never heard off this condition , I used to walk.my dogs go cycling , swimming, theatre cinema, going out shopping with friends ,taking my boys on picnics playing darts with them flying kits in ostispool
now I feel like gooie within theses 4 walls.. wish I could turn back time.
My husband use to say to me you dont go to bed to sleep u go to bed to die lol, I was a very deep sleeper cos off the chronic fatigue.

I have intolerance to heat and cold☹️

I actually went outside and walked for only about 10 minutes yesterday. I’m in Minnesota and it snowed a lot a day ago. It was icy as well and 27 degrees F and windy. It actually felt good to me, but I couldn’t go as long as usual.

Well the heat kills me as well

Strange, mine is the opposite. I can’t stand being hot. It makes me physically ill.
