Apply heat like a heating pad or hot water bottle to your jaw to help relax and relieve some of the tension. Also eating soft and easy to digest foods like soup, smoothies, pastas, bananas, and yogurt to help you get nutrients in without having to chew too much!

Myofascial release helps me the most with my chronic jaw pain.
I also use some Gua Sha techniques with tools designed for jaw work. 🫠

I spot treat when I need to, but find that the results last longer when I perform MFR all over- especially when done in alongside posture work and proper hydration.

It’s at least worth reading up on and considering.

Hope you find whatever combination works best for you!! 💛
