While fatigue is already a major symptom of fibromyalgia, it's important to note that any medication can affect energy levels differently for each person. Fatigue with fibromyalgia can feel like constant burnout, making daily activities challenging.

Many MyFibroTeam members report that even simple activities can be depleting, and it's common to need "recovery days" after exertion. If experiencing new or worsening fatigue while taking any medication, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider. To help manage fatigue while taking medications:
• Keep track of your energy levels
• Plan rest periods between activities
• Don't push yourself too hard
• Stay hydrated
• Maintain regular sleep schedules when possible
• Let your doctor know if fatigue becomes severe or debilitating
