Sometimes I use an ice pack to control that. One time my entire back spasmed all at the same time. Someone soaked a bath towel in ice water and had me lay on my stomach. They put that ice water towel all down my back and in a little while the awful spasms went away! How wise of that person to know how to help me.
You need to take Magnesium complex and potassium. This will help relax the muscles to keep them from spasms.

Yes. Back spasms are a everyday thing but here lately the neck spasms are a lot more intense. Tramadol helps some but I haven't found anything that makes them completely go away.
