No but sometimes I get a pain in my big toe that feels like I got stabbed by a needle. It’s so weird!
I only got it a long time ago when I drank some regular Coca-Cola in the afternoon after an exhausting and emotional morning. That night I had electricity coming out of my head at midnight. I've since learned not to drink Coca-Cola. Maybe that's not what's causing it for you but it did it for me and I just know there's a correlation in my case. I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing but there are definitely a lot of things you need to not put in your body and Coca-Cola is one of them.
I get them in my legs and feet. Mostly my feet, which is strange, because most of the time they seem to be partially numb. Go figure. Feels like what I imagine sticking a fork in an outlet feels like...
I used to get this when I was younger, but haven't noticed it happening in a long time and sure am glad it stopped.
Yes all over. They come randomly. They hurt and make you jump.
