BDoes anyone believe that a chiropractor can help? I have been there twice. Today he gave me an adjustment
Chiropractor has helped me greatly. I have been going to the chiropractor longer than I have been diagnosed. I believe it has helped me continue to function as well as I have.
Chiropractor helped me with rotator cuff and saved me from an operation. It took nine months and gentle stretch 🙆♀️ for it
Only when I have injuries or have a chiropractic need. Mine is also a sports therapist and they offer deep tissue therapy that has helped with knee issues and other issues.
Also when doctors could not figure out why I had ongoing pain in my midsection, it turned out to be due to muscles in my thigh/hip area, the hip flexors, not getting enough stretching because of prolonged sitting during the pandemic. So after a therapy session of deep tissue massage, walking, and if needed, some isolated stretches to get everything back on track were recommended. This was a good diagnosis from him because after walking and not sitting as long, the pain went away. I am finding that not all of my pain is related to the fibromyalgia.
I used to go but they won't see me anymore because I have Osteoporosis.
Went when I was a teenager but I thought it hurt instead of helping me. No, I don’t go now!
