Get you some tonic water. It tastes terrible but I leave mine in the fridge and if I get the leg cramps I just turn it up and drink about a cup or so. It works and so does drinking a little pickle juice

Oh my god do I!!!
When I get them I can't get them out I end up screaming for my husband to help me get out of the especially the clawing of my feet and bending of my legs, were it looks like the bone is bending in ways that aren't even possible and OMG does that hurt.
All my body spasams all over and it moves and I never ever know when or where my body will claw up hands, feet are my body serverly spasaming.
I honestly didn't know my body infact nobody's body to serverly spasam and cramp in the unbelievable ways mine does .
I don't know about you but but does the pain last you hours, it's not pain like it was it's that lingering pain.
I hope yours your getting help for as my Dr isn't much help infact I thinking of changing my Dr's it's gotten that bad.

Yes, I get spasms throughout my body. It's the only scary thing about fibromyalgia for me. I've had to go to hospital for them.
