Hi has anyone told you it might be planterfasciitis? I had that a number of years ago and painful is an understatement. My sister was given an exercise for this and I have adopted this for first thing in the morning before I get dressed I don't know if it will help you but you could only try.
Sit at the edge of the bed just like on a chair, lift your first leg just off the floor and from the ankle sky write the alphabet in lower case. Repeat with the other leg. Then with the fist leg do the same again with capital letters.
I hear creaking, and groaning but I persevere and it has made a big difference.
Let me know if this helps anyone.
Good luck liz x
Yes! My feet usually hurt all the time. I recently went to my Rheum doctor and she said it could be bunions. I have to have X-rays done soon. I use heat to calm my feet down.
My feet hurt constantly. The heels are one of the most problem children. I find that diabetic crocks help amazingly well when I get like this. They look goody as all crocks do but I dont really care
It certainly sounds like anothrt weird fibro thing but will be interested in the outcome from the doctor good luck
My heels are doing the exact same thing!!! I have to put thick socks on & thick slippers!! That helps A LOT!! π
