Members responded to a question about experiencing pins and needles, with many confirming it is a common and recurring experience affecting the hands, feet, arms, and even the face. Several members shared personal details about their symptoms, including tingling that feels like full-body vibration, pain that worsens with fatigue, and one member finding relief through gabapentin. A recurring theme was mutual reassurance and compassion, with the community emphasizing that everyone's symptoms are valid and that support rather than judgment is what brings members together.

Thanks all for your replies. Sounds quite common! Which Is reassuring. Hoping everyone is well , or as well as can be expected.

BlueiJay, everyone's symptoms are very real to them. And though yours may not be painful it can be very painful to another person. We aren't here to judge the extent of one's pins and needles symptoms and make them feel like they are just whiners. We are in this mess together and only helpful and compassionate posts are what is needed. I am happy that your pins and needles are not cause to worry.

😞 that must be horrid .
I get them occasionally in my hands if my neck muscles get tense . My father used to get them terrible in his feet being a diabetic and he’d shout out sometimes they were that bad x

I get the tingling feeling in my arms and face. It kinda has a degree of pain with it too. It happens randomly but seems worse when I am tired.
