All you have to do is look at the color of your yrine. If its bright yellow, you are dehydrated. The lighter the color the less dehydrated you are.
Have you had your blood sugar checked. Fatigue is also a sign of diabetes. Just a suggestion
Yes, I am thirsty all of the time. Dry mouth is the side effects of a few of my medications ๐ unfortunately. Water is good for you though. I drink a lot more of it than I used to.
I have asthma and the medicine make me very thirsty I take also a bottle of water to church and one in the car when we are going to a few places
I always have water next to me.
