Members connected over experiencing extreme thirst, with many attributing it to medications, particularly diuretics and asthma treatments, which cause dry mouth and dehydration as side effects. Several members emphasized the importance of getting blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes, while others shared practical strategies like carrying water bottles everywhere, monitoring urine color to check hydration levels, and trying ice tea or sugar-free candies to manage dry mouth. A recurring theme was that despite drinking large amounts of water daily, many still feel chronically dehydrated, leading to encouragement from the community to discuss these symptoms with doctors to ensure proper evaluation and care.

All you have to do is look at the color of your yrine. If its bright yellow, you are dehydrated. The lighter the color the less dehydrated you are.

Have you had your blood sugar checked. Fatigue is also a sign of diabetes. Just a suggestion

Yes, I am thirsty all of the time. Dry mouth is the side effects of a few of my medications ๐Ÿ’Š unfortunately. Water is good for you though. I drink a lot more of it than I used to.
