Most of my pain has been achy muscles pretty much everywhere. Last night I was moving slowly around my kitchen and suddenly had sharp, excruciating pain that went from my lower back to my hips and down my legs. This type of pain is new to me. It was awful. I took pain meds, muscle relaxers and got on the heating pad. I’m back to a dull ache now.
@A MyFibroTeam Member my massage did seem to cause a lot of pain. I think it was too deep. It did feel a lot like sciatica pain as well but it’s so hard to tell. I was reading online that fibro can mimic sciatica pain too. I’m seeing my doctor soon and will ask her about it.

Yes , I get it but also found out I have sciatic. Check with your doctor to rule out .
Yep I get them in my chest because that is where fibromyalgia started for me
