Question: Does anyone else experience burning, stinging, and sharp pains in their tendons and ligaments during a fibromyalgia flare?

Many MyFibroTeam members report experiencing intense sensations in their tendons and ligaments, including burning, stinging, and sharp pains. These symptoms can appear suddenly and affect different areas of the body. Some members describe these sensations as particularly intense during flares.

Common experiences include:
• Sudden onset of pain
• Burning sensations
• Sharp, shooting pains
• Numbness alongside the pain
• Pain that moves from one area to another

These symptoms can be particularly challenging to manage and may precede or accompany a full fibromyalgia flare. It's important to work with a healthcare provider to develop appropriate pain management strategies for these specific symptoms.

It seems to be my biggest issue. I have been diagnosed with tendinitis in both forearms, a trigger thumb, tennis elbow, etc.
