I was using a wireless one that Hinge Health has but they are discontinuing it. The app will stop in a few days. They told me last month it was going to stop when they stopped selling the adhesives so I stopped buying them but the app was still working so I was using some old adhesives I had and using a gel on them to make them stick better . I had no joy with a tens machine on my calve muscles. My lower back has got really bad, I think I will look into these again. Thanks.

A chiropractor can direct you to a good one and they may have them at their office. That is how I received my first one. I think most of them only last 15 minutes, but talk to them to see your options.
