Members shared a variety of approaches for managing arm, elbow, and hand pain, with many finding relief through topical treatments like essential oils (peppermint), CBD lotion, emu oil, and specialty pain gels, as well as TENS machine therapy used for at least an hour at the highest tolerable intensity. Several members emphasized the importance of seeking blood work to rule out rheumatoid arthritis or other forms of arthritis, noting that fibromyalgia often coexists with other conditions that may require different treatment approaches. A recurring theme was the value of experimenting with different remedies, including compression garments, heat or ice therapy, lacrosse ball rolling for forearms, and hemp-based products, while also advocating for oneself with doctors to ensure underlying causes are properly investigated.

I'm unsure if this will work for everyone, but I just purchased compression garments and even though its only day 1 wearing them, I've seen a minor improvement already just a few hours in.

The product that I use once in awhile that contains some Cobra Venom does not work as fast as lidocaine and it doesn't numb the area. You have to keep rubbing it on your skin for a few days and then all of a sudden you realize you don't have any pain in that area. It's wonderful for people that have a problem taking too many prescriptions or cannot stomach certain pills. I'll give you the name if interested. Really sleepy right now. Take care

Sam, I use the TENS machine at least an hour or more on the upper arm. Turn it to the highest intensity you can tolerate. You should get some relief I hope.

Hi Sam,
My arms achy as well as my legs etc. But my hands and thumbs hurt too. I use emu oil on hands, arms elbows, or cbd lotion. I have arthritis in my hands and feet, (and elsewhere🧐). Sometimes my elbows hurt, I know the elbows are one of the fibromyalgia pain points. I hope you can find some relief.🥰🤗
